Modified Exp-Function Method to Find Exact Solutions of Microtubules Nonlinear Dynamics Models

چکیده
In this paper, we use the modified exp−ψθ-function method to observe some of solitary wave solutions for microtubules (MTs). By treating issues as nonlinear model partial differential equations describing microtubules, were able solve problem. We then found specific evolution equation (NLEE) covering various parameters that are particularly significant in biophysics and nanobiosciences. addition soliton-like pulse solutions, also find rational, trigonometric, hyperbolic, exponential function characteristic equation. The validity developed fact it provides more demonstrated by comparison other methods. next software Mathematica 10 generate 2D, 3D, contour plots precise findings observed using suggested technique proper parameter values.
